I think I am the last one on this blog train. Well, this caboose is leaving the train station and never looking back. So, I guess I will go ahead and introduce myself.
I am Julie. Born and raised in Phoenix, AZ. I am one of very few natives in the state. Phoenix has always been my home. Cold weather frightens me. If it gets to be a cool 60 degrees, I am pulling out my winter garb. Snow... no thanks. It's beautiful during Christmas time for that sentimental feeling, but one day is plenty enough for me.
I am married to my husband Robert. He entered my life 13 years ago and life has not been the same since. We met on the internet. Wow, that sounds cheesy to say but we found online romance. I knew it was love the first time he typed my screen name. Ok, well it was not that easy, but the guy made me fall pretty quickly head over heels in love with him. We have had our rough patches together and we have also had our America's Funniest Video's moments together. He has made me appreciate love so much and what you have to give up and fight for to keep it. Love is not free, but it's worth every penny.
Rob and Julie kissing in the tree, M A C K E N Z E E and C O N N O R come along. Mackenzee is a 12 year old attitude packing, evil glare looking, kind hearted girl. Shes likes to pretend she is hard core but she has a soft squishy middle. She has brought so much joy to my life being my first born and she has taught me how to be the best mother I can be. Connor is a 9 year old toy collecting, game playing, snuggle up with mommy boy. He is very creative and currently has an obsession with horror movie characters like Freddy Krueger and Jason. I love horror myself, however he has not experienced a REAL scary movie yet. I don't know if I am up for him watching anything scarier than Scooby Doo yet, but we will see.
I work at USAA and I love my job. I just hit my 5 years with the company and I cannot see myself working anywhere else. I serve the military men and women who serve our country. I have so much gratitude for those who put their lives on the line every day for my family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to those who served currently and those who have served in the past. I also have taken up selling Scentsy and I am in love with these little magic pots. My house has never smelled so good and I have never been so successful at selling anything else, including Tupperware, Pampered Chef, Discovery Toys, etc.
I love couponing and saving money. I would love to get into photography more and possibly take a class to improve my skills. I love reality TV. I love to watch funny video's of people getting the junk scared out of them! The funniest thing is when people get scared unexpectedly and their reactions. I think I could watch that for hours. I love to read. I love Twilight.
I love sleep too so here is me saying more to come.....
